Usage of the FFP2 respirator MaXpert
We recommend our FFP2 respirator for medical/healthcare professionals, as well as for use in areas with large crowds of people/where interaction is required. The FFP2 mask is designed to protect the wearer and other people, which is why it is tighter fitting and also has a high particle filtration efficiency. The mask also protects against pollen and dust.
When used correctly according to the information brochure, the FFP2 respirator is suitable in the following situations:
- Contact with particularly vulnerable people
- Employment in the medical and healthcare sectors, unless a filter performance of over 94% is explicitly required
- Contact with a large number of strangers
- Public transport (bus, train, tram, plane, etc.)
- Purchases, whether in stores or in the market
- People who work in areas with a lot of / close customer contact (retail trade, hairdresser, service, etc.)
- Stays in closed rooms (shops, train stations, public buildings, hotels, etc.)

Reasons to choose the FFP2 respirator MaXpert
For medical / healthcare personnel as well as applications in areas with a high / interactive number of people, we recommend the FFP2 respiratory protection masks or optionally CPA masks, because these are designed for internal and external protection; therefore also denser and equipped with, among other things, a high level of particle filtration.

Instructions for use
- The mask is intended for use during a single shift only and must not be reused.
- The mask must not be used:
- if wetted by breathing air
- if damaged / heavily soiled or no longer sealing tightly
Storage and Transport
The product must be stored and transported in the original

Putting on the mask
Wash or disinfect hands before putting on the mask
- Open the mask and pull the head straps parallel
- Holding the mask on the outside with one hand, hold it to your nose, mouth and chin, press it gently against your face and slide both straps over your head with the other hand
- Pull the lower strap below the ears and the upper strap over the back of your head
- Press the nose clip down using both index fingers to shape it to your face
- Ensure the mask fits correctly and tightly. Breathe in sharply and adjust fit again if not sealing tightly
Precautions for use:
- The mask must fit tightly and completely cover your mouth and nose
- Presence of facial and/or beard hair below the sealing line may compromise the effectiveness of the mask
Removing and discarding the mask:
- Eyeglasses wearer: take off your glasses
- Hold the straps with both hands, slide over your head and remove from your face with the mask
- Take off the mask without touching the mask part and dispose of it in a closed waste container at the end of the shift at the latest
- Clean hands
- Eyeglasses wearer: put your glasses back on

The particle-filtering half mask meets the requirements of EN
